TREATMENT
Each client deserves a tailored approach to treatment. I integrate evidence-based principles from a variety of therapy models to provide flexible and individualized treatment. With an individualized treatment plan, I help my clients to identify and change unhelpful patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviours in order to reduce symptoms, promote positive mental health, and enhance quality of life. I enjoy workng with adults from diverse backgrounds and who are dealing with a variety of mental health concerns. I also specialize in addictions and trauma-related disorders (e.g., PTSD) and I enjoy working with military, RCMP, and other first responders.

FEES
My current rate for therapy services is aligned with the rate recommended by the Psychologist's Association of Alberta (PAA), and is based on a standard 50-minute therapy hour.
The fee for a standard 50-minute individual session is $220. The fee for an 80-minute individual session, is $330.
